Giving thanks when it feels like you have nothing to be thankful for can be really hard.  

During the holidays, when we are "supposed to be thankful" can be especially challenging. 

For me, as a kid, the holidays were magical.  As I got older, they got harder and harder.  And during infertility they were the absolute worst.  The holidays marked another year of trying.  Another year with no baby.  Another year of watching others get their families and me still without mine. 

On today's episode I'm sharing with you the biggest thing I've learned about how to be thankful and give thanks when it feels like there is nothing to be thankful for.  I'll give you a hint...it's not that hard and you can start doing it today.
